Welcome to my business, beautiful lady! I'm Sandra Harens, originally from Yankton SD, former salon owner in Sioux Falls and Yankton. Our family relocated to the Black Hills in 2019, returning to the city of both my husband and my college alma maters. As a 1997 graduate of Black Hills Beauty College, I became a hairstylist by chance, keeping it real after 20+ years by choice.
As a busy mother of three kids, I know how important it is to feel special, pampered, and beautiful in a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I've created a salon experience for you that will leave you feeling uplifted, renewed and ready to receive compliments from family and friends.
I specialize in Adult Women's Hair Color. While searching for updated looks for current and future clients, I noticed a lack of attention in my industry for women who didn't just want their grey covered, they wanted dimension and dynamic. I've made it my mission to continue finding the best in color education, and hair products to transform our changing hair colors and textures into something fun, fabulous and exciting.
When I'm out walking my dogs, or hiking our gorgeous Black Hills I'm inspired by many of the podcasts I listen to, or listening to one of my many music playlists. I truly enjoy sharing ideas, perspectives on life, and learning what makes the ladies I'm fortunate to serve tick!
Feel free to share any of your favorite trails, or perhaps a favorite author or two. I love to avoid mountains of laundry while binge reading a good trilogy or series!
Starting fresh here, in the Rapid City area has provided me an opportunity to build new hair friendships with like minded women who are excited to move forward in their lives prioritizing self care on their terms.
